Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Mushrooms, wiped clean, stems trimmed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until browned.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat or enjoy chilled.
