Homemade Honey Butter Biscuits
These biscuits are wicked simple and ready in ~30 minutes from start to finish. I like making them when I want something homemade but don't have all morning to spend in the kitchen.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Grate cold butter into flour mixture and work in with hands until crumbly with pea-sized pieces.
Pour in cold milk and stir with wooden spoon until shaggy dough forms.
Turn dough onto floured surface and gather into rough ball.
Flatten to 1 inch thick, fold over itself, and repeat 3-4 times.
Pat dough to 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut biscuits with round cutter, pressing straight down without twisting.
Place biscuits on parchment-lined baking sheet touching slightly.
Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Melt butter and honey in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Brush honey butter over warm biscuits and serve.
Notes
Keep butter cold for flakiest biscuits. Don't twist cutter when cutting or biscuits won't rise properly.
