Ham and Cheese Croissant

Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants with layers of honey ham, Swiss, and Gruyère cheeses, paired with a hint of Dijon mustard and topped with a light garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 8 mini croissants, 1 1/2 ounces each
  • 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices deli honey ham, 8 ounces
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, 1/2 ounce each, halved
  • 4 slices Gruyère cheese, 1/2 ounce each, halved
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Halve croissants and arrange cut side up on the sheet.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard on each croissant half.
  • Layer honey ham, Swiss, and Gruyère cheese on bottom halves. Top with remaining halves.
  • Microwave butter and garlic powder for 20 seconds. Brush melted butter on croissants.
  • Bake until cheese melts and croissants are golden, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
