Crockpot Ranch Chicken

Crockpot Ranch Chicken with tender chicken breasts, creamy ranch-infused sauce, hearty Russet potatoes, and sweet baby carrots. A comforting dish perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large can, 23 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet, 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Fresh chopped parsley, optional

Instructions

  • Spray a 7-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place diced potatoes and baby carrots at the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Set chicken breasts on top of veggies; season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk condensed cream of chicken soup, dry ranch dressing mix, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables.
  • Cover with lid and cook on high for 5-6 hours, or on low for 8-9 hours.
  • Garnish servings with chopped parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
