Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces uncooked ziti pasta
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for serving
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add chicken thighs, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, and paprika to the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Remove the chicken, shred it with forks, then return to the slow cooker. Stir in uncooked ziti pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
