Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • Optional garnish: fresh raspberries and whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 3/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  • Spoon mixture into two glasses.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries or protein powder.
