Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon flavor, then blend again.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
  • Garnish with additional lemon zest before serving.
