Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 220 g cottage cheese, 4% fat or full fat recommended
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or preferred sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and honey to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth. Scrape sides with a spatula if needed and blend again briefly.
  • Taste and add more honey if desired, then blend briefly to mix.
  • Scoop mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
