- 2 tablespoons honey, or preferred sweetener, to taste

Add 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons honey to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed and blend again briefly to ensure full incorporation.
Taste and Adjust Sweetness
Taste the mousse and add more honey if a sweeter flavor is desired.
Blend again briefly to mix in any added sweetener.
Chill Before Serving
Use a spatula to scoop the mousse into serving glasses, bowls, or airtight containers.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to improve the texture, though it can also be enjoyed immediately.
