Instructions
Combine cottage cheese, melted dark chocolate, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor.
Blend for 3-5 minutes until completely smooth with no chunks remaining.
Taste and add more cocoa powder if desired, then blend again to incorporate.
Pour mousse into a bowl or jar and cover.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until thickened.
Divide into bowls and top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries.
Notes
Mousse keeps covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
