Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or line a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, melted chocolate, melted butter, vanilla, egg, milk, sweetener, and cocoa powder until smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Spread batter in prepared dish. Bake for 20-25 mins. Check doneness with a toothpick.
Cool completely in the pan. Cut into 16 squares. Serve and enjoy.
