Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken with a crispy exterior and a spicy, creamy sauce. Tender chicken pieces coated in panko breadcrumbs, finished with a tangy blend of sweet chili and Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup of sauce.
  • Coat chicken pieces in flour inside a resealable bag.
  • Mix floured chicken with remaining sauce.
  • Bread chicken with panko in batches using a resealable bag.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook chicken in a single layer for 10 min, flip, and cook for 5 more min. Repeat as needed.
  • Toss cooked chicken with reserved sauce and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
