Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
Make the Sauce
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup of the sauce and set it aside.
Flour-Coat the Chicken
Place the flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag, and shake it to coat evenly.
Toss in Sauce
Transfer the floured chicken to the bowl with the remaining sauce and stir until each piece is evenly coated.
Bread the Chicken
Put the panko breadcrumbs in another resealable bag. Add the sauced chicken to the breadcrumbs in batches. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Air-Fry the Chicken
Arrange as many chicken pieces as fit in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the pieces, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with any remaining chicken.
Finish and Serve
Transfer the cooked chicken to a clean bowl. Pour the reserved sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Toss to coat and serve hot.
