  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey mustard or Dijon
  • 2 tsp dill pickle brine
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Burger Bowls

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef, 85/15 works great
  • 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 21 oz frozen french fries, 3/4 of a standard 28 oz bag
  • Green leaf or romaine lettuce, ~6 big handfuls total, torn or chopped
  • Bagged coleslaw mix, ~6 big handfuls total
  • 6 slices yellow American cheese, or cheddar, chopped
  • Thinly-sliced red onion, to taste
  • Dill pickle chips, to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, honey mustard, pickle brine, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cook frozen fries according to package directions until crispy.
  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning to the beef and cook until fully browned, about 10-12 minutes total.
  • Drain excess fat from beef if desired.
  • Divide lettuce and coleslaw mix equally among six bowls.
  • Top each bowl with cooked beef, one slice chopped cheese, red onion, pickle chips, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Add fries to each bowl.
  • Drizzle generously with burger sauce.

Notes

For crispier fries, serve them on the side instead of in the bowl.
