Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted and buttered

Instructions

  • Combine ground turkey, panko, cheese, yogurt, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape mixture into four 3/4-inch thick, 4-inch diameter patties.
  • Season patties with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium until shimmering.
  • Cook patties about 5 minutes per side, until browned and internal temp is 160°F.
  • Place patties on toasted, buttered buns. Serve with preferred toppings.
