Cream Cheese Rotel and Sausage Dip
This is the crockpot dip that disappears at every party - creamy, meaty, and spicy enough to keep people coming back. Takes almost no effort and feeds a crowd.

Velveeta cheese

can Rotel

cream cheese

taco seasoning

Instructions
Brown sausage and ground beef in skillet until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
Transfer meat to greased crockpot.
Add Velveeta, Rotel, cream cheese, and optional taco seasoning.
Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Stir until cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
If crockpot runs hot, switch to low heat and cook longer.
