Cream Cheese Onion Dip
This is the kind of dip that disappears at parties - caramelized onions mixed with cream cheese and sour cream. Takes about an hour but most of that is just waiting for the onions to do their thing.

1/8" thick, thinly sliced

Instructions
Slice onions thinly and caramelize in olive oil over medium-low heat for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove onions from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.
Chop caramelized onions into bite-sized pieces.
Stir chopped onions and parsley into cream cheese mixture.
Serve with potato chips.
Notes
Dip keeps in refrigerator for 3-4 days and tastes better the next day.
