Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip makes enough for 4-6 people and reheats perfectly - I always make it when I need something quick that'll actually get eaten.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~4 cups dip)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth using handheld mixer.
  • Add ranch dressing and buffalo sauce; mix until combined.
  • Fold in cheddar cheese and shredded chicken.
  • Spread in casserole dish and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Stir before serving.
  • Serve warm with chips or vegetables.

Notes

Can also be prepared in crockpot on low for 1-2 hours.
