Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Prepare the Bacon
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a metal wire rack on top. Lay bacon slices on the rack and sprinkle with half of the brown sugar and maple syrup.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Stir in the remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
Combine and Chill
Once the bacon is cooked, chop it into small pieces.
Fold most of the bacon into the cream cheese mixture, keeping a few pieces aside for garnish.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve
Serve the dip with sliced apples, crackers, chips, or your preferred dippers. Enjoy!
