Maple Bacon Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place a metal wire rack on top. Lay bacon on the rack and sprinkle with half of the brown sugar and maple syrup.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • Blend the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in the remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
  • Once bacon is cooked, chop it into small pieces.
  • Fold most bacon into the cream cheese mixture, keeping a few pieces for garnish.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with sliced apples, crackers, chips, or your preferred dippers. Enjoy!
